This portal is available for WCS customers to log support requests.
Support requests are passed directly to our internal support system and get handled in the order they are received.
Our Support desk operates Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:00 pm. If you need immediate assistance outside of these hours please call the support line at 780-702-3522, and you will be directed to the on-call support person.
If you're needs are not urgent and you can wait until regular business hours please continue on and submit your support request.
